AFCMI respects your personnel data privacy and is committed to comply with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), Its implementing rules, regulations, and other applicable laws.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

Your personal data is collected for legitimate business purposes, including: 

  • Managing and administering business operations.
  • Processing employment application, payroll and government reporting.
  • Creating and maintaining client/supplier records and contracts.
  • Ensuring workplace safety and premises security (CCTV, access logs)

AFCMI does not share your data without prior consent, except as permitted by law. Data may be shared with: 

  • Clients, suppliers and authorized business partners (for operational purposes)
  • Government agencies: NPC, BIR, SEC, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig
  • Auditors, accountants, and legal counsel
  • Courts, tribunals or law enforcement (when required by law)
  • Authorized AFCMI employees on a need – to – know basis

  • Secured servers with firewall protection
  • Strict access controls limited to authorized personnel
  • Regular Monitoring and system maintenance
  • Physical documents stored in locked, monitored cabinets
  • Confidentiality obligations of All AFCMI personnel 

Data is stored in secured digital platforms including Google Drive and Microsoft 365 under AFCMI’s official domain. 

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and legal obligations. Upon lapse of the retention period, data is securely disposed of and destroyed.

Employees: Name, gov’t IDs, payroll info , biometrics performance records.
Job Applicants: Resume, credentials, interview & screening results. 
Clients: Contact info, billing details contractual records 
Suppliers / Contractors: Contact info, TIN, bank details, service records 
Visitors / Guests: Name, ID, entry / exit logs 
Stockholders / Officer: Ownership records, corporate governance documents
