For the Leche Flan Mold: Place the Fresco Caramel into the mold and place on low heat fire.
Bring to boil and prolong for 30 secs. Set aside.
For the Coconut Flan (Mix): In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Place on a steam bath (8” mold/100g Fresco Caramel Syrup or 4” mold/30g Fresco Caramel Syrup).
Bake in 170°C for 40 mins.
It will make up to 6 pieces of 4” round or 1 piece of 8” round.
