Pork BBQ



  • 60g Ketchup
  • 40ml Soy Sauce
  • 60g Fresco Brown Sugar Syrup
  • 4pcs Calamansi
  • 2pcs Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 250g Pork Kasim (small slices)

Basting Sauce

  • 100g Marinade
  • 20g Fresco Caramel Syrup
  • 20ml Oil


Make the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix the ketchup, soy sauce and Fresco Brown Sugar Syrup.

Then add calamansi, garlic cloves, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Add pork and massage meat to fully incorporate. Marinate the pork 4 hours or overnight.

For the Basting Sauce: In a bowl, mix the marinade with Fresco Caramel Syrup and oil.

Brush onto the BBQ sticks while grilling.


Serve with spicy vinegar. Share and enjoy!
