Smore’s Pizza



  • 120g Cold Butter
  • 100g Fresco Pancake Mix
  • 200 All-Purpose Flour
  • 3g Salt
  • 100ml Cold Water

Smore’s Pizza Topping


To make the short crust, mix Fresco All-Purpose Mix, all-purpose flour, salt, and cold butter into a fine powder. Gradually add the cold water – careful not to overmix. Rest in chiller for 1 hour.

Take about 120g of the short crust and flatten it into a circle.

Spread the Fresco Chocolate Fudge evenly onto the dough.

Add the mini marshmallows.
Sprinkle with crumble to cover the dough.
Pre-heat the oven to maximum temperature and bake for 2-3 minutes.
