Smore’s Pizza



  • 120g Cold Butter
  • 100g AFCMI Pancake Mix
  • 200 All-Purpose Flour
  • 3g Salt
  • 100ml Cold Water

Smore’s Pizza Topping

  • 120g shortcrust
  • 60g Fresco Chocolate Fudge
  • 20g Marshmallow mini
  • 30g crumble (See Chocolate crumble tartlet)


For the shortcrust: In a mixing bowl, combine cold butter with the AFCMI Pancake Mix, all-purpose flour and salt.

Add the cold water gradually. Do not over mix.

Shape into a square, wrap in clingfilm. Rest in chiller 1 hour before use.

Spread the Fresco Chocolate Fudge and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and crumble across the pizza.

Pre-heat oven to maximum temperature and bake for 2-3 mins.

Drizzle the Fresco Chocolate Fudge and serve.
